The Party Starts with Potatoes

The holiday season is right around the corner and your guests will be expecting their favorite comfort food dishes. Potatoes of all kinds are prepared in all ways imaginable- baked, mashed, au gratin, scalloped and the list goes on!

At Giambrone, we have all the options to make sure you can satisfy your guests' holiday cravings while keeping your food cost and product waste on target.

The feedback we get with chefs and kitchen managers alike is uncertainty on what types we inventory and would be best suited for their meal planning needs, and also novice culinarians have little experience with all the potato size offerings.
